Programme
Organized every other year, Proforest brings together forest machine manufacturers, forest owners and managers, as well as representatives of the transport industry and the forest industry. The largest forest machine manufacturers, heavy equipment, additional equipment and accessories, as well as many other new and interesting things related to forest ownership, management and wood trade, will be on display at once. The event’s stage program deals with topics such as forest policy, wood trade and machines.
Finnish forests gather here
Proforest is an excellent place for forestry and machinery professionals to network, develop their own activities, establish new cooperation patterns and do business. However, the event does not only serve professionals, but all citizens. Finland is a land of forests and wood is a key export product, so a look at this field adds to a comprehensive understanding of our country’s green gold. At Proforest, you can get an excellent picture of how the Finnish forestry and machinery industry is doing right now, and the panel discussions heard on stage provide interesting additional information on current topics in the field.
Meaningful encounters
Proforest is a great opportunity to see Finland’s largest forestry and machinery operators in one place. More than 170 exhibitors participated in the 2023 event, including e.g. Komatsu Forest Oy, Ponsse Oyj and Scania Suomi Oy. Exhibitors present their services and organize work demonstrations, where heavy equipment and tools can be seen in action.
An interesting programme
The event’s stage program deals with current themes of the forest industry. There will be expert talks, panel discussions and interviews. In addition, interesting work demonstrations are organized at the fair stands, and fair visitors also have the opportunity to test the properties of the devices in practice.
